Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate to join their Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration practice group, focusing on workplace class action cases in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of substantive experience in complex employment litigation, particularly in defending wage and hour class and collective action lawsuits. Key responsibilities include conducting witness interviews and taking and defending depositions, with trial experience being advantageous. Additional experience in advising employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting with employment training programs is beneficial. Candidates must have superior academic and writing credentials and be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar.
