Our client is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of employment litigation experience to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in employment litigation and counseling, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. While traditional labor expertise is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role is suited for self-starters who are comfortable with client interaction and are looking for career development and advancement opportunities.
