The role requires a minimum of six years of law firm experience in labor and employment, with the ability to manage litigation matters, conduct depositions, and handle hearings. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills are essential, along with active membership in the California bar. The position has a billable hour expectation of 1300 – 1500 hours.
