LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT CLASS ACTION ASSOCIATE (3392)
Description
Our client is seeking a highly motivated mid to senior level associate to join their dynamic Labor and Employment group, supporting their California practice. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of substantive experience in employment litigation with a strong interest in trial work. Experience in defending wage and hour claims, including class action lawsuits, is desired, along with transactional employment work such as drafting employment and severance agreements, EEOC position statements, and DFEH responses. The role also requires conducting witness interviews and depositions, counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting with employment training programs. A background in traditional management labor relations is advantageous. Candidates must have superior academic and writing credentials and be admitted to the California bar. This position offers a hybrid remote schedule and is committed to fair employment practices.
