LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT COUNSEL (1326)
Description
Our client is seeking a Labor and Employment Counsel to join their specialized national/large portfolio team. This role offers a substantially reduced schedule and is designed to be flexible on location, being a fully remote position with access to local offices as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced lawyers who wish to continue doing sophisticated legal work with direct client involvement, without seeking a partner-track position. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling single-plaintiff employment lawsuits from start through the summary judgment phase with minimal oversight. The Counsel will be dedicated to a limited number of client portfolios of employment work, allowing them to develop a deep knowledge of a client’s preferences and business needs within a particular industry or industries. They will also be responsible for handling and litigating such clients’ portfolios within a specific geographic region, in addition to working directly with the relevant relationship partners to foster a stronger client relationship.
