Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking an attorney to join their labor and employment team in a non-partnership track salaried role. This position is benefits-eligible and the successful candidate will have a billable hour goal of 1200-1500 hours. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of litigation experience, with traditional labor experience being an added advantage. The role involves managing cases and deadlines, therefore strong analytical, research and writing skills are crucial. The selected attorney will work remotely from a home office within Atlanta or Boston, with occasional in-person meetings when necessary.
