Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a highly motivated mid-level associate with three to six years of experience to join their nationally recognized Employment & Labor practice in one of their offices located in Atlanta, Denver, Kansas City, or St. Louis. This role offers the opportunity for significant responsibility within a cohesive team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in employment and labor law, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, drafting employment-related agreements, and creating workplace policies for nationwide operations. Experience advising management-side clients on workplace laws such as the ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA, NLRA, and WARN Act is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
