Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in employment and labor law to join their team in Parsippany, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research and representing employers in labor and employment-related matters, including litigation in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Preferred experience includes handling cases involving discrimination, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations, as well as counseling on labor relations, conducting internal investigations, and drafting employment policies. The role requires excellent research, communication, and advocacy skills, with a team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently. Admission to the New Jersey bar in good standing is required, with additional admissions in CT and NY considered a plus.
