Description
Our client is seeking a law associate, preferably from the class years of 2016 through 2020, to join their labor and employment team. The role primarily involves employer-side litigation, including class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination. Some advisory and investigations work is also part of the job. Candidates with experience in class actions and a minimum of three years in a peer law firm in the employment space are highly desirable.
