Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice in Dallas. This potential partnership opportunity requires a candidate admitted to practice in Texas with at least seven years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side, handling claims such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations. Experience in advice and counseling is preferred. The role involves extensive client interaction and requires the ability to work independently, supervise junior attorneys, and manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
