Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a 3rd - 6th year associate to join their Labor, Employment and Workplace Safety practice. The ideal candidate will have expertise in providing employment law advice and experience with employment law litigation. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing to practice law in New Jersey. The role requires self-starters who can work independently and as part of a team, with strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality client service. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced lawyers in a dynamic environment, with opportunities for active mentoring and assuming increasing levels of responsibility, including direct client contact.
