Our client, a global Am Law 100 full-service law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join their team in San Francisco. With over 1,000 attorneys worldwide and a robust team in the San Francisco office, this firm is recognized for having one of the largest and most prestigious Labor & Employment practices in the country. They are currently seeking an associate with 3-6 years of employment litigation experience, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class, and PAGA actions. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills, complex fact investigation and analysis capabilities, and will excel at researching, writing and arguing motions. The candidate will have opportunities to write appellate briefs, support M&A transactions, as well as litigate trade secret and non-compete cases. The candidate must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the California Bar. Please note that candidates for remote roles will not be considered at this time.
