Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for their Labor & Employment Department based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in employment law, encompassing both litigation and advice and counseling. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation and harassment law, wrongful discharge actions, familiarity with wage and hour law, and class action experience are essential. High academic achievement, previous law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills are also required. The role is particularly suited to ambitious, driven, and team-oriented individuals who can contribute to the growth and support of our client's national practice.
