Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a full-time 3rd – 5th year Associate for their Labor & Employment Practice based in Sacramento. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The role requires strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the initiative to take ownership of work and career. Litigation experience is essential, and a background in wage and hour substantive law is advantageous. The practice includes employment class and individual litigation, unfair competition, and representing employers on a range of labor and employment issues. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and be a member of the California State Bar.
