Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Baltimore, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing position statements in response to charges before the EEOC, drafting policies and handbooks, conducting policy trainings, and handling internal investigations. Additionally, experience in discovery and motions practice in state and federal court is required. The firm is looking for academically distinguished applicants who can work independently, possess excellent writing and analytical skills, and demonstrate good judgement and attention to detail.
