Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidates will have traditional labor and employment experience, strong writing skills, and excellent research and analytical abilities. Preferred candidates will have a strong academic background, compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.), and/or judicial clerkship experience. The role involves taking depositions, handling administrative hearings, and serving as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required. The compensation is merit-based, evaluated on individual performance, achievements, and contributions to the team’s efforts. The firm expects associates to invest in billable matters, pro bono/public service work, and dedicate hours to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
