Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment associate in the Orlando area with 3-5 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation. The ideal candidate should be an excellent writer with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies. They should be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible, able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
