Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Fort Lauderdale office. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation. They should be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies. They should be knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible, able to pivot, and motivated to learn. Florida Bar is required.
