Our client seeks an associate with 1-2 years of employment experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in Johnson City. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing position statements for EEOC charges, drafting policies and handbooks, conducting policy trainings, handling internal investigations, and engaging in discovery and motions practice in state and federal court. Applicants should be academically distinguished, capable of working independently, and possess excellent writing and analytical skills. Attention to detail and good judgment are essential.
