Description
Our client seeks a mid-level associate to join its national Labor & Employment Department in the Boston office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of employment law experience representing employers in employment litigation, providing advice and counseling, and handling traditional labor matters including positive employee relations training, NLRB litigation, and labor arbitrations. This role requires extensive experience in researching and briefing employment law issues, excellent writing and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision. An active MA license in good standing is required. The department represents a broad range of entities, including private and public employers, handling high-stakes employment litigation and traditional labor law matters.
