Our client’s Labor and Employment Group, nationally recognized for excellence, is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of employment law experience to join their New York office. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling employers on various employment-related issues, defending employers in federal and state courts, and handling multiple facets of litigation. Experience with wage and hour class/collective action litigation and advising on restrictive covenant agreements is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in NY, with additional admissions in MA, NJ, or PA being a plus. Superior attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a high level of academic achievement are essential.
