Our client is seeking an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in employment litigation for their Labor & Employment practice group, based in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a background in defending employers in cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, ERISA litigation, and disputes related to covenants not to compete and trade secrets. A strong academic record, excellent writing and communication skills, and a commitment to professional excellence and client service are essential. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state they wish to practice or eligible for admission if relocation is desired.
