Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Houston office. The ideal candidate will have proven litigation skills in handling employment claims, agency charges, injunction matters, and government audits, along with providing a wide range of client advice and counseling. While traditional labor and transactional experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials and must be admitted to practice in Texas.
