Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate (5-7 years’ experience) to join its Labor and Employment Group. The candidate will represent employers in various aspects of employment and labor relations, addressing complex issues in the modern workplace. A strong background in wage and hour class action litigation is essential. Qualifications include experience in California employment law, particularly in PAGA and wage and hour class actions, with trial experience and Am Law 100 experience being advantageous. Candidates must have a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school and be admitted to practice law in California. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional project management skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to handle a fast-paced, complex workload.
