Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for their Labor & Employment Department in Los Angeles or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience representing employers in employment law matters, with two of those years specific to California. A strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, wrongful discharge actions, wage and hour law, and class action experience is required. Candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. Ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to support and grow the national practice are highly valued. JD and California Bar Admission are required.
