Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Portland, OR, is seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Oregon with at least three years of civil litigation defense experience. Admission to the Washington State Bar is a plus. Prior employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side, is required, and employment counseling or in-house employment law experience is preferred. This role involves significant client interaction and requires strong writing, analytical, and multitasking skills. The successful candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and comfortable with drafting and responding to discovery, initial pleadings, motions, and depositions.
