Our client is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in employment-related litigation, including defending and counseling employers, handling class action matters, and addressing wage and hour issues. This role can be based in any of their California offices. The ideal candidate will have a record of distinguished academic achievement, excellent writing and communication skills, and a demonstrated work ethic and commitment to excellence in professional skills and client service.
