Description
Our client is seeking a 2–4 year Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their San Francisco office. This global Am Law 100 full-service law firm has over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, with the San Francisco office housing over 100 attorneys practicing in various areas including Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Intellectual Property. The firm’s Labor & Employment group, comprising more than 150 attorneys, is one of the largest and most prestigious in the country, advising employers of all sizes on employment advice, disputes, litigation, international employment, and union management relations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of employment litigation experience, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class, and PAGA actions, and should excel in litigation skills, researching, writing and arguing motions, conducting complex fact investigations, and taking and defending depositions.
