Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a 3rd – 5th year Associate for their Labor & Employment Practice in San Francisco. This role involves representing employers on both class and individual bases regarding wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. While traditional labor skills are a plus, they are not required. Ideal candidates will have strong academic performance, excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work and career.
