Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Los Angeles, Oakland, or virtual office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in employment law, including wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation, leave, workplace safety, and restrictive covenants. Candidates should be adept at advising clients on day-to-day employment issues and providing strategic guidance. Excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure are essential. An active California bar license is required.
