Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate for their Kansas City office. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of significant litigation experience, particularly in employment cases, and should be capable of handling depositions and managing cases with oversight. Experience in advising clients on a wide range of employment law issues is advantageous. Candidates must hold an active Missouri bar license or be willing to obtain one promptly. The role requires excellent academic credentials, strong community commitment, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, manage multiple projects efficiently, and articulate legal strategies clearly.
