Our client is seeking a junior-level associate for their Labor & Employment Department in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience representing employers in employment law litigation, with a strong background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, law firm experience, and excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills. The role requires a JD and California Bar Admission. The client values ambition, drive, and a team-oriented approach to support their national practice.
