LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (3313)
Description
Our client is seeking a California licensed Labor & Employment Associate with over 6 years of experience for their offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive background in handling employment issues, including single-plaintiff employment litigation such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination lawsuits, as well as class action/PAGA cases. Essential skills include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, arguing motions, and ideally, experience in taking and defending depositions and conducting administrative hearings. Additional responsibilities involve drafting workplace policies, conducting employee training, and providing day-to-day advice and counsel to employers. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and possess excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
