Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a 2nd to 4th year Associate to join their Labor & Employment Practice in Florham Park, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients across various industries, focusing on both litigation and counseling. The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in employment-specific, defense-side roles, particularly in litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and other employment claims. Experience in advising on compliance issues, drafting personnel policies, and employment agreements is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong academic performance, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and a proactive approach to their work.
