Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a junior Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their Century City office. This office is part of a renowned Am Law 100 firm with a significant presence in labor and employment law, advising a diverse range of employers from Fortune 100 companies to innovative start-ups. The role involves handling various aspects of employment law, including litigation and counseling on issues such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination under California labor laws. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of litigation experience, particularly in single plaintiff actions, and a strong ability to manage cases independently. Those with a background in general commercial and civil litigation who are interested in transitioning to employment law are also encouraged to apply.
