Description
Our client is seeking a Labor & Employment associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of employment issues such as workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Essential litigation skills include drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, with additional experience in depositions and administrative hearings being advantageous. Responsibilities also encompass drafting workplace policies, conducting employee training sessions, and providing daily advice and counsel to employers. Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong work ethics, and possess excellent writing, communication, and research skills.
