Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join their Labor & Employment practice group in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and possess at least three years of experience in employment litigation. Responsibilities include handling a wide range of labor and employment law matters, representing clients in litigation and administrative agency cases. The practice group is highly regarded, having been recognized as a leader in complex employment litigation. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments while working collaboratively across offices.
