Our client is seeking an experienced associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their esteemed Labor & Employment Group, recognized nationally for excellence. This role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including regional, national, and multinational entities. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in Colorado and possess superior academic credentials, along with exceptional writing, oral communication, and research skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex workloads, a collaborative team spirit, and expertise in Wage and Hour Class Action defense, with additional experience in general litigation, labor and employment litigation, or trade secret matters. Strong leadership qualities and attention to detail are essential. The position is based in Denver, CO.
