Our client is seeking an experienced associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their esteemed Labor & Employment Group, recognized nationally for excellence. The role involves working with a diverse range of clients, including regional, national, and multinational entities. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in their residing state and possess superior academic credentials, along with exceptional writing, oral communication, and research skills. The ability to manage a complex workload and collaborate effectively in a team environment is essential. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in Labor & Employment practice, with expertise in Wage and Hour Class Action defense and proficiency in drafting pleadings and motions. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for research and writing.
