Description

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a full-time Labor & Employment Attorney to join their National Client Service Center. This non-partnership track position involves working with attorneys across multiple offices on a variety of labor and employment tasks including administrative and court litigation, advice and counsel, investigations, policy drafting, and traditional labor. The role requires a J.D. and Ohio bar admission, with at least 1 year of Labor & Employment law experience. Other bar admissions, such as California and New York, are preferred but not required. The ideal candidate should have superior attention to detail, the ability to work independently and within a team environment, clear and precise communication skills, and persuasive writing and fact investigation experience. This role offers a more predictable schedule and is ideal for someone seeking to perform sophisticated work at a national level without expectations for business development.
