Description
Our client, a prestigious Labor & Employment practice group, is seeking to hire an attorney with 3 to 6 years' experience in employment litigation matters. This primarily remote position will be based in either Berwyn, Philadelphia, or Princeton, with occasional in-office presence required for meetings, depositions, and court appearances. The ideal candidate will have experience defending employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation. Candidates should possess an excellent academic background, solid experience defending employment actions in agencies and court, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be licensed in the U.S., with preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.
