This full-time role, not on the partnership track, involves primarily employment litigation with some traditional labor work in both public and private sectors. The position requires 1750 annual hours, offering a more predictable schedule and sophisticated work without business development expectations. Ideal candidates will have a J.D., Ohio bar admission, and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
