Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel level attorney to join their Labor & Employment Practice in New Jersey. This role is ideal for candidates with over 10 years of experience, particularly in advising New Jersey and New York employers on employment matters such as wage and hour, reasonable accommodations, leave, and noncompete enforcement. The position involves drafting handbooks, employment agreements, and restrictive covenants, as well as responding to administrative claims and conducting internal audits. While litigation experience is advantageous, the primary focus will be on counseling. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, and must be in good standing with the NJ and NY State Bars.
