Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Business Unit in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of practice experience, an active Illinois Bar license, and a strong background in handling matters related to unfair labor practices, employee misconduct, collective bargaining, and labor arbitrations. Experience in general employment counseling on issues such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage disputes is essential. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with clients, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to grow their legal practice.
