Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking experienced legal professionals to join their Houston, Texas office as Counsel or Senior Counsel in the labor and employment law sector. Candidates must be active members in good standing of the Texas bar, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience for Counsel and 7+ years for Senior Counsel. The role requires a strong background in Texas employment litigation, experience with adversary proceedings in state and federal courts, and familiarity with employment-related documents. Trial experience is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, work independently and collaboratively, and provide direct client counseling.
