Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm with a team of over 13,000 people, including 6,500 lawyers across 70 offices worldwide, is seeking an associate attorney for its domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice. The role can be based in California, New York, or Chicago and will involve a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of employment litigation experience (class years 2018 – 2022), strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills. Experience in an employment litigation practice at a major top-tier law firm is preferred and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
