Description
Our client seeks an associate attorney for its domestic Labor & Employment Litigation practice in California. This role involves handling a diverse range of employment matters, including multijurisdictional class and collective cases and complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills. Major top-tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice is preferred, and a federal judicial clerkship is a plus. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing.
