Description
Our client is seeking an experienced employment litigator to join their California office. This role is ideal for seasoned California employment litigators with at least 8 years of experience in defending a wide range of employment cases through trial. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of state and federal laws governing California employment law, as well as civil procedure, discovery, and trial practice. Responsibilities include developing case strategies, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations, and preparing for trials and arbitrations.
