Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel to senior associate (3-6 years of experience) to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in their dynamic Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have experience advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, as well as drafting and reviewing employment policies and related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and separation agreements. Experience with the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, is also desired. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are prerequisites. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work individually and in teams.
