Description
Our client is seeking a smart, imaginative, and hard-working associate to join their Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in a dynamic Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of litigation experience on a wide range of employment issues, including wage & hour and single plaintiff discrimination/harassment matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing employment policies and related documents, and working on labor and employment aspects of business transactions such as mergers and acquisitions. Prior experience with traditional labor relations is a plus but not required. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers, receiving active mentoring and opportunities for increased responsibility and client contact. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality client service are essential.
